An impressive double volume entrance hall with prominent staircase welcomes you as you enter the villa. This leads to the 1st floor with 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, straight ahead is the indoor dining area, where stacking doors lead to the outdoor dining and entertainment area, private garden and pool. To the right is the formal lounge, with TV and ample space to put your feet up and unwind with a good movie.
To the left, is the kitchen which is open plan to the informal lounge with fireplace and TV. Cleverly hidden behind the kitchen is a scullery with dishwasher & washing machine. The bar area is adjacent to the lounge. There is a dart board and doors leading to the pool area and garden. Perfect for those looking to entertain prior to dinner.
The fourth bedroom is off the lounge and is ensuite with garden access.
Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king size extra length bed and lovely views of the adjacent greenbelt. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower, with open plan toilet. There is also access to a balcony which is shared with bedroom 2.
Bedroom 2 & 3 are adjoined by a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom, which is ensuite to both bedrooms. There is a bath with separate shower.
