Situated in a secure residential estate in Bloubergstrand, Budaya is a peaceful safe haven in which you can relax and unwind. Surrounded by lush greenery, the garden is a sanctuary – sit and listen to the birds singing while enjoying a morning coffee or evening sundowner.
Entering through the main door, the spacious open-plan living and dining room lies in front of you. A luxurious homely interior welcomes you to immediately relax in one of the many spaces. Stacking doors open out to the garden with patio area, sun loungers and beautiful green garden overlooking a green belt.
The kitchen lies adjacent to the dining area, and is fully equipped with all appliances you could wish for. There is also a separate scullery area with washing machine and dishwasher.
Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite and 2 which share a full family bathroom. The rooms are spacious with luxurious furnishings.
The fifth bedroom is accessed from the garden and is smaller than the other 4. It is ensuite (shower only) and would be suitable for a teenager.
