The Neighbourhood
Sunset Beach is a cute little suburb 15 minutes outside of the City Centre. The beach itself is one of the top three kite surf spots in the world – after New Zealand and Hawaii – and offers the most beautiful sunset with view of table mountain. Sunset Beach has a little “village centre” with a grocery shop, hair dresser, coffee shops, pharmacy restaurants and a wine shop. A bigger shopping mall is only 5 Minutes away – The Paddocks Shopping Centre. Or you can drive to Canal Walk (3rd largest shopping centre in Africa) within 10 Minutes. The famous V&A Waterfront can be reached in 15 Minutes. It is the ideal holiday location for anyone who is looking for a quiet, safe but central place, close to the beach and other attractions.
